Multiple payment options
Users can pay with cash, stored value cards, student quota accounts and one-card system accounts of their choice. Users can see balances on all fund sources from their personal account summary screen integrated with the Web Client Popup.
Multiple authentication options
LDAP, OpenLDAP, Active Directory, Novell eDirectory, Radius, Banner, SSH, custom script, database connect or query authentication, in addition to CBORD, CardSmith, Blackboard, NuVision, Heartland, & Monitor. Also supports mix-and-match authentication types and scenarios like LDAP repositories, or LDAP + database + SSH authentication.

Mobile printing
Integrated printer directory with site-wide printer selection, expected wait display, network proximity or printer attribute searching, and print driver installation assistance.
Password protect print jobs
To provide an additional layer of security, print jobs can be hidden from view at a Print Release Station, requiring a user to enter a matching User ID and password associated with their print jobs. If a successful match exists, the user's print jobs are displayed.
Cashless systems - credit card
Supports PayPal™, TouchNet, and other credit card gateways for self-serve funding of user accounts with a credit card.
Web Client Popup
Web Client Popup can be used to help users secure and identify their print jobs at a Print Release Station or they may release their job directly from their laptop or lab workstation. The Web Client Popup can be combined with a Print Release Station to support multiple payment methods based on the user or location.
Customizable print release stations
Password protection, authentication and payments can be used at print release stations. Can be combined with the client for double security and multiple payment clients.
Scalability
With enormous flexibility, GoPrint is designed to be used by groups with as few as 10 workstations/users and 1 printer to campus wide and multiple locations with unlimited workstations and printers with more than 100,000 students/users.

Lab & classroom time scheduler

Server-based, the system controls can be accessed from anywhere via a password-protected web interface to manage all system components and functions - settings, quota user accounts, price sheets and reports.
Staff Override Control
Administrators can monitor user and printing activity directly from their workstation using the GoPrint web-based Control Center, (No software needs to be installed!). GoPrint print queues can be monitored by staff allowing them to print, cancel, redirect, or release print jobs in the patron's queue. When used with Archived printing, staff can requeue archived print jobs and release them, or redirect them, or simply requeue for patron payment.
Dynamic load balancing
Smart printer load balancing including SNMP printer status detection and decision-based routing of print jobs to specific printers based on job attributes.
Print job archival
Automatic print job archival to support staff and user reprint capabilities.
Timed auto-deletion
Unpaid or unretrieved print jobs are auto-purged on your schedule.
