Self-Service Accounts
The GoPrint Self-Service Account solution integrates with Virtual Cash Acceptors (Add Value Stations) which allows students and non-students to create an internal account with GoPrint and purchase cash print funds.

Account Creation
A user registers with the system by manually creating a Self-Service Quota UserID and password at a GoPrint Add Value Station (a Virtual Cash Acceptor). Prompts lead the user through account detail confirmation and through the initial deposit into their account. On completion of the transaction, the station prints a receipt displaying the users deposit amount, transaction number, and related account ID.
Printing
When a user prints a job, they are prompt to login to the Web Client Popup or at a Print Release Station using their recently created Quota account. Once logged in their current balance is displayed and they may continue to pay for their print jobs.
Copying
The user walks up to a copier/MFD with a
GoPrint Copicode Terminal attached. The user swipes their campus card or enters their GoPrint Quota UserID and password, and completes the copy transaction. The cost of each copy is debited to the user’s GoPrint internal quota account.

Coin/bill acceptor
Users pay for print and copy transactions using a coin/bill dispenser physically attached to a Print Release Station and directly to a copier/MFD device.

Value Card Solutions
Users purchase print funds using a value card dispensed at a GoPrint Add Value Station (a Virtual Cash Acceptor). They may continue to purchase additional prints funds using the same value card by inserting it back into the Add Value Station and adding cash funds back onto the card.

Print jobs are released at a Print Release Station by inserting their value card into a card reader physically attached to the Print Release Station.
